When will I receive my item?
Our usual turnaround time is 5 working days plus delivery. This can fluctuate
depending on our work load at that time. If you know that your order is required
for a particular date please mention this when you place your order in the special
instructions box on the shipping details page.
If you have already placed your order you can track it's current progress and see
an estimate of the delivery date in our online order tracking system here. This is
also the best place to let us know that you need an existing order for a particular
date.

What sizes are the t-shirts?
You can find the sizes of our shirts via our online t-shirt designer here. Click the
blue 'Shirt Range' button and then hover your mouse over the garment to see the
size in inches of our shirts. Please note that your ladies shirts are a small fit.

Can I have different names on the t-shirts?
Yes you can! Go to our online t-shirt designer here and create a design, click the
yellow 'I've Finished this Design' button. You should now see an overview of your
t-shirt designs with the option to copy, edit or delete. Simply click on copy and then
edit you new design to have the new name on it. You can repeat this until you
have the correct number of shirts. Perfect for stag and hen parties!

What format would I need to send artwork?
Our online design system allows you to upload your jpeg images online. If you are
wanting to create your own designs without using our online designer please email
or call our sales team to discuss your order further.

Can I visit you in person?
Yes! Our address is at the bottom of this page. We are more than happy to receive
visitors to discuss your printing requirements.
